If you decide not to attend the tour for any reason, we encourage you to take the appropriate travel insurance to cover the costs before you book a tour with us.
Tickets are non-refundable and ticket transfers are not possible either. In the event of cancellation of the tour by us, we will always refund you in full.
During the tours, tour guides usually take photographs for use in ISUK Tours flyers, Facebook page and group, videos and other promotional materials. ISUK Tours reserves the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise notified to us by you in writing.
We strongly recommend that passengers arrange their own suitable travel and medical insurance.
All our tours are Risk Assessed before being advertised. ISUK Tours has the appropriate Public Liability Insurance to operate. Our coach partners who work with us also have their own Insurance in place for the journey.
